For standard applications without extra review needs, processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours after GePG Control Number payment is completed.

You can pay via any mobile financial network (Vodacom M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa) or any local commercial bank (NMB, CRDB, NBC, Azania, etc.) using your assigned Control Number.

You will need a Notification of Birth from the hospital or health facility, applicant or parent identification (such as National ID, Voter ID, or Passport), and supporting documents if applying for late registration.

You can track your application status anytime using the "Track Application Status" tool on the home page by entering your Application Code (e.g., RITA-2026-7842) and your GePG Control Number.

Select the "Duplicate Certificate" service from the portal, enter your previous certificate number or application record details, upload a Police Loss Report or Affidavit, and submit your application.

Yes. Choose "Certificate Correction", attach a scanned copy of the certificate containing the error along with official legal proof (such as an affidavit, hospital birth notification, or government ID), and submit for verification by the Registrar.
